ArcaMoneta Terms of Use

Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using ArcaMoneta, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the application.
License
ArcaMoneta grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the application for personal and lawful purposes.
Subscriptions
ArcaMoneta offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple’s App Store.
Subscription terms, billing, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and payment processing are governed by Apple’s App Store policies and Apple’s End User License Agreement (EULA).
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Users may manage subscriptions through their Apple ID account settings.
User Content
Users are solely responsible for all information entered into ArcaMoneta, including:
Coin collection records
Precious metals records
Hunt information
Photographs
Notes
Custom data
You retain ownership of all content entered into the application.
Data Backup and Data Loss
ArcaMoneta includes export and backup features designed to help users protect their collection data.
Users are solely responsible for:
* Creating and maintaining backups of their collection data.
* Verifying that backup files have been successfully created and can be restored.
* Securely storing backup files in a location of their choosing.
* Maintaining access to any third-party storage services used to store backups.
Collection data may be stored locally on the user’s device and, if enabled, synchronized through the user’s personal Apple iCloud account. Device failure, hardware failure, software issues, accidental deletion, iCloud synchronization problems, loss of access to storage services, or other unforeseen events may result in the loss of data.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ArcaMoneta, its developer, and its affiliates are not responsible for the loss, corruption, recovery, restoration, or replacement of user data.
Users are strongly encouraged to create regular backups using the export tools provided within the application and to periodically verify the integrity of those backups.
Users acknowledge that maintaining current and verified backups is their responsibility and is an essential part of protecting collection data.
No Professional Appraisal
ArcaMoneta may display estimated values, melt values, market information, or collection statistics.
Such information is provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional financial, investment, appraisal, tax, or legal advice.
Users should independently verify all valuation information.
Disclaimer of Warranties
ArcaMoneta is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
The developer disclaims all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of ArcaMoneta.
Termination
The developer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the application or portions thereof at any time.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Apple EULA
ArcaMoneta also incorporates Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA):

In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Apple’s EULA, Apple’s EULA shall control where required by App Store policies.
